WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from various manufacturers from overseas and within the United States. Due to this, please keep in mind that if you order multiple items, they may arrive separately.
How do I track my order?
For U.S. orders, all tracking is available. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide your tracking code. We're currently developing our own in-store tracking software, and look forward to streamlining this process for you.
For international orders, tracking is unfortunately not always available due to customs regulations and manufacturer policies. You can email us directly for more info, or view or Shipping Page.
INFORMATION ON CUSTOMS FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please e-mail us within 24 hours of the time of purchase to change your order. Once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order. Please note that it is your responsibility to use the correct address. We do not offer refunds for incorrect address on the customer side.
All orders are final, all requests for refunds must comply with our Refund Policy.
